Initiator Pharma A/S, a clinical-stage biotech company, has submitted a clinical trial application (CTA) to the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), and local ethics committee in the UK for the approval to conduct a Phase 2a clinical proof-of-concept study in women suffering from vulvodynia, a severe chronic pain condition affecting approximately 10 percent of women worldwide. The study will be conducted together with MAC Clinical Research in the UK.

Initiator Pharma A/S, ett bioteknikföretag i klinisk fas, har lämnat in en klinisk prövningsansökan (CTA) till den brittiska läkemedelsmyndigheten MHRA och den lokala etikkommittén i Storbritannien för start av en klinisk fas 2a proof-of-concept studie i kvinnor som lider av vulvodyni, ett allvarligt kroniskt smärttillstånd som drabbar cirka 10 procent av alla kvinnor i världen. Studien kommer att genomföras tillsammans med MAC Clinical Research i Storbritannien.

Initiator Pharma A/S (“Initiator” or the “Company”) has completed the rights issue of shares that was decided by the Board of Directors on May 19, 2025 (the “Rights Issue”). The Board of Directors of the Company has today, with the support of the authorization from the Extraordinary General Meeting in June 5 2025, resolved on a directed issue of shares to the guarantors in the Rights Issue who will receive their guarantee compensation in the form of shares in the Company (the “Compensation Issue”). The subscription price in the Compensation Issue is set at SEK 4.0 per share (corresponding to the subscription price in the Rights Issue) and payment is made by offsetting the guarantors’ claims on the Company regarding guarantee compensation.

Initiator Pharma A/S (”Initiator” eller ”Bolaget”) har slutfört den företrädesemission som beslutades av styrelsen den 19 maj 2025 (”Företrädesemissionen”). Bolagets styrelse har idag, med stöd av bemyndigandet från extra bolagsstämman den 5 juni 2025, beslutat om en riktad emission av aktier till garanterna i Företrädesemissionen som kommer att erhålla sin garantiersättning i form av aktier i Bolaget (”Ersättningsemissionen”). Teckningskursen i Ersättningsemissionen är satt till 4,0 SEK per aktie (motsvarande teckningskursen i Företrädesemissionen) och betalning sker genom kvittning av garanternas anspråk på Bolaget avseende garantiersättning.

Initiator Pharma A/S (“Initiativtagaren” eller “Bolaget”) offentliggör utfallet i Bolagets företrädesemissionen vars teckningstid avslutades den 26 juni 2025. Utfallet visar att 6 133 159 aktier, motsvarande cirka 43,7 procent av Företrädesemissionen, tecknades med stöd av teckningsrätter. Härutöver tecknades 277 458 aktier, motsvarande cirka 2,0 procent av Företrädesemissionen, utan stöd av teckningsrätter. 5 670 164 aktier, motsvarande cirka 40,4 procent av Företrädesemissionen, tecknades med stöd av emissionsgarantier. Företrädesemissionen kommer att tillföra Bolaget cirka 48,3 MSEK före före emissionskostnader.

Initiator Pharma A/S (“Initiator” or the “Company”) announces the outcome of the Company’s rights issue of up to 14,039,590 shares (the “Rights Issue”), for which the subscription period ended on 26 June 2025. In the Rights Issue, 6 133 159 shares, corresponding to around 43.7 percent of the Rights Issue were subscribed through subscription rights. Additionally, 277 458 shares, corresponding to around 2.0 percent of the Rights Issue were subscribed without subscription rights. 5 670 164 shares, corresponding to around 40,4 percent of the Rights Issue were subscribed through guarantee undertakings. The Rights Issue will provide the Company with proceeds of approximately SEK 48.3 million before deduction of costs related to the Rights Issue.
